Passion 2025 Arrival Details

State Farm Arena prohibits all bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" from being brought into the arena. Single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpacks or purses that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted.

To expedite entry into State Farm Arena, we recommend that you do not bring any bags or that you use a clear bag that fits the above specifications.

Attendees with non-complying bags can check their bag for a fee by Gate 2, located off Centennial Olympic Park Dr. Bag check is available two hours prior to the event start time through one hour after the conclusion of the event. Bags must be retrieved the same day they are left.

Seating

All seating is General Admission for each session. To accommodate all attendees, all saved seats will be released 30 minutes prior to the start of each session.

Food and Drinks

Due to venue policy, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside State Farm Arena. Concessions will be available throughout Passion 2025. A boxed lunch will be served to all attendees on January 3. Because of the wide range of food allergies and dietary needs, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. Once lunch has been served to all attendees, anyone needing to purchase other food will be released to do so. On January 3, attendees will be required to leave the arena following Session 4 for the Dinner Break.

Tickets

When you registered for Passion 2025, you received your ticket(s) via email from Passion Conferences. If you cannot locate your Passion 2025 ticket or have any other ticket issues, please contact passion2025@268generation.com before you arrive.

Tickets will be scanned upon entry on January 2, and each individual entering will need to present a unique ticket to enter the arena. Please have your tickets easily accessible (digitally or printed) upon entry. Passion 2025 Door Holders will be at each Gate to provide assistance with ticketing issues. However, if you are aware of ticket issues, please visit the Box Office at Gate 2 to resolve ticket issues prior to entering.

Single Ticket Orders

Upload your ticket to Apple Wallet or open the ticket directly from your confirmation email. You may also print your ticket from your confirmation email. Please make sure to have it out and ready to scan upon entry.

Multiple Ticket Orders/ Group Orders

If you are leading a group and purchased multiple tickets, make sure you give each person in your group a unique ticket to scan. Please do not keep all tickets on one device.

To distribute tickets digitally, there is an option in your TicketSpice confirmation email to “ViewReceipt.” From there, you can email or text tickets out to each person in your group, so each person has a unique ticket to scan at the Gate. There is also an option in your TicketSpice confirmation email to print all tickets prior to arrival so you can distribute unique, physical tickets for each person in your group to scan at the Gate.

Credentials

You will receive a Passion 2025 credential once your ticket is scanned. You must wear your credential to all Main Sessions, and it must always be visible while in State Farm Arena. Your credentials will be scanned and will be required for access to State Farm Arena on January 3 or 4. If you do not have a credential upon entry on January 3 or 4, you will not be allowed to enter and will be directed to a Passion 2025 Door Holder for assistance.

Ticket Help

Attendees with ticket or credential issues will be directed to a Passion 2025 Door Holder located at each gate. If you are aware of ticket issues prior to entry, the Box Office at Gate 2 will be open to resolve ticket issues.

Arena Entrance

Doors to State Farm Arena will open at 6pm on January 2 for Session 1. You can access State Farm Arena from these six entrances:

Gate 2 on Centennial Olympic Park Drive next to the Box Office

Gate 3 from the CNN parking deck

Gate 4 from the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena/ CNN MARTA stop

Gate 6 on Andrew Young International Boulevard

Because the weather in early January can get into low temperatures, we encourage you to not arrive earlier than one hour prior to doors opening to wait in line.

Passion Conferences App

Exit + Reentry

Exit and reentry is limited, and it is at the discretion of the State Farm Arena staff.

Camera Policy

Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, and video or audio recordings during Main Sessions are not allowed at Passion 2025. Per venue policy, no selfie sticks or GoPro cameras are allowed in State Farm Arena. Photos, audio, and video captured by our team during Passion 2025 are the exclusive property of Passion Conferences and its designees and may be used in future resources, recordings, DVD, print and web media. Conference attendance is an expression of the individual release of rights for such use.

Group Seating

Specific sections in State Farm Arena have been designated and assigned for Group Seating and will require a unique wristband for entry. Group Seating assignments have been made pre-event and all groups have been contacted directly.

Deaf Interpretation

If you require deaf interpretation, please submit this form before December 10.If we do not receive a form prior to December 10, we cannot guarantee Deaf Interpretation will be available at Passion 2025.

Safety + Security

The safety + security of all Passion attendees is something we take seriously. We actively work with State Farm Arena Security and local agencies to develop the best plan for safety during Passion 2025 and as students and Door Holders move between their hotels and the venue. While we want to provide the safest environment possible, it is important to remember that Atlanta is a large city, and it is important to remember these safety tips:

When walking, stick to well-lit, busy areas, walk with a purpose, and don’t walk alone.

Don’t be distracted by the use of your headphones or cell phone.

Don’t leave valuables in your car.

Info Booth

A Passion 2025 Info Booth is available inside State Farm Arena next to Guest Services, located near Gate 1.

Atlanta Downtown Ambassadors

Atlanta Ambassadors are a service offered to enhance the public safety environment of Downtown Atlanta. They add additional patrols on the streets and monitor the Downtown surveillance cameras. Off-duty Atlanta Police are hired to assist the Ambassadors with their duties and provide additional selective enforcement on a 24-hour basis. ADA Entrance

All gates have ADA entrances. Passion 2025 Door Holders and State Farm Arena Guest Services Representatives are available to assist attendees to their seats and assist with other needs throughout the event. During an event, attendees can ask a Passion 2025 Door Holder or State Farm Arena team member for assistance at any time.

State Farm Arena is a cashless venue. Credit card payment will be required at all ticket, food & beverage, and Passion Resource locations. No cash payments will be accepted. Apple Pay is suggested.

Vehicle Pick-Up/Drop-Off

Ride Share is conveniently located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive in front of Gate 2 from the Dominique Wilkins Statue to State Farm Drive.

Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off

Buses are permitted to use the Rideshare Zones as designated pick-up and drop-off locations.

MARTA

State Farm Arena is easily accessible by MARTA (public transportation) from various areas of Atlanta and from the airport. To find which routes will be best for you, State Farm Arena has detailed instructions on how to best use MARTA HERE.

Bus Parking

Bus parking is available at the Ruby Lot – 199 Alabama St. SW, Atlanta GA 30303. Parking passes must be pre-purchased HERE.
